Currently, this is a known issue. Past versions of DeNoise AI made it possible for users to accidentally open an image and unintentionally save over their original file. We wanted to stop this from happening, and in doing so, the external editor file needed to be updated.

With this change, some third party interfaces, like Capture One, were affected in their normal opening procedure, as you've noted. We've already corrected this on Windows, and are already currently working on a fix for Mac systems as well. We need input from Apple, and are waiting for their feedback to complete this update.

We hope to have this very soon, and I have added you to a list of users to be notified with that resolution. If this is an important part of your workflow, then I would recommend reverting to DeNoise AI version 3.2 for now, and I went ahead and extended your upgrade plan for DeNoise AI for a month for the inconvenience while that's being sorted out."
